New ‘bait and switch’ scheme for rent in London is ‘the best solution’

The rent-controlled, privately rented basement in the heart of the city is being used as a bait and switch to get people to move into private homes.

The building was used to rent out a number of apartments in the city, with some having to pay the tenants the full price, while others have been used as an extra-large bedroom.

Now the basement has been given a lease to the owners.

“It’s the best solution in terms of finding people who want to live there,” said a tenant who asked not to be named.

“I think they’re probably going to get more people.

There’s a lot of empty apartments around the area.”

The basement was originally part of a property called the “Bathroom Project”, which the city was planning to develop into a housing project.

But when the project was cancelled due to the Great Recession, the city took the property and renamed it “The Bait and Switch”.

The property is now known as “Bait House”.

There is also a vacant basement, in the basement of a building that has been rented out for the past two years, for a number people who have moved into private flats.

“They’re being evicted from their private flats to make way for apartments,” a tenant told Breitbart London.

“The reason why they’re being forced out is because the rents have gone up and they’re just not going to be able to pay it.”

It is unclear if the landlord who owns the basement is still living in the building. “

There used to be some people living there and it was a good house but the landlord had a bit of a heart attack and he sold the place and bought another.”

It is unclear if the landlord who owns the basement is still living in the building.

A tenant who rents a room in the “bedroom” of a “private flat” in the back of the building said: There’s no way anyone is staying there.

It’s not a good experience.

There are no windows in the bedroom.

The tenant said: I think they are being forced into it.

It makes no sense, there’s no other choice.

It just makes you think, ‘What’s happening?

Is this the end?’

We’re going to have to find a place in the next three months or so to stay.” “

We need to find another place to live.

We’re going to have to find a place in the next three months or so to stay.”

The “bait” is being advertised on Facebook as a way of getting people to leave their private apartments and move into apartments.

It claims: “The new owners of the property are renting the basement for a very low rent to a number or families who need a new home, with the intention of using it to get new tenants into private housing.”

The site advertises that the basement “will be used to house tenants of the Bait House project, as part of the Housing for London project”.

But the site’s Facebook page has been taken down, and the owner of the site has refused to comment on the situation.

The site also claims that “people who want a new place to settle down, have been moving in from the streets for years”, and that “the Bait house is an opportunity to help out those who are desperate to get on the housing ladder”.

The Bait Home, which has been the subject of a number social media protests, has been in the same location for a few years, and is still being used by people to rent private flats in the area.
